Inventory

 

We put all our efforts to ensure the accuracy of the inventory on the site, it may happen that an item available on the site is no longer in stock. In such a case, we will communicate with you immediately by email. You can exchange the item for another or receive a full refund.

 

You did not find your size? Please contact us by email or phone for a special order.

Shipping in Canada & In-Store Pickup

 

Standard delivery (2 to 4 business days) is free for all orders over $119 (before taxes and promo code). For any order of less than $119, the applicable delivery cost will be displayed in your shopping cart.

 

Free in-store pickup is also available for free for all orders - no minimum required (see our store opening hours).

Unfortunately, we do not ship to the regions of Yukon, Nunavut and the Northwest Territory.

Shipping to the USA

We ship to the USA. Delivery is 4 to 7 business days. Applicable cost is C$19 and will be displayed in your shopping cart. Import taxes, customs duties and fees levied may apply and borne by the recipient/ client if applicable.

Return policy for online orders

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of the date of purchase. Items must be in their original unworn and unwashed condition with all labels and their original packaging. You must also include your proof of purchase. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Please note that items identified as SALE or CLEARANCE SALE are only eligible for an exchange or a credit note (valid in-store or online).

Refunds

 

Once your items are received and inspected, if our policy is met, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. The delivery costs are not refundable. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
